Welcome to ChatMint LLP! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including our WhatsApp API solutions, CRM software, workflow automation, social media management, and email marketing software. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the ChatMint platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Services

ChatMint LLP provides the following services:

• WhatsApp API Solutions: Integration with the WhatsApp Business API for automated messaging, customer communication, and commerce workflows.
• CRM Software: Customer relationship management tools for tracking interactions, managing contacts, and organising customer data.
• Workflow Automation: Automated business processes including order management, payment processing, and fulfilment tracking.
• Social Media Management: Tools for managing and scheduling content across social media platforms.
• Email Marketing Software: Campaign creation, audience segmentation, and email delivery services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

User Accounts

When creating an account on ChatMint, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at care@chatmint.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for unlawful purposes.

Payment Terms

• All subscription fees are billed in advance according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will apply from the next billing cycle.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until outstanding amounts are settled.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it for eligibility criteria and procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the ChatMint platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and design elements, are the exclusive property of ChatMint LLP and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without prior written consent.
• You retain ownership of any data and content you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant ChatMint a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by ChatMint without obligation or compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ChatMint LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ChatMint in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of our platform and are not responsible for any losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for any actions, errors, or charges by third-party services integrated through our platform, including WhatsApp, payment gateways, or e-commerce platforms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship as follows:

• By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• By ChatMint: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or fail to pay outstanding fees.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for up to 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.
