At ChatMint LLP ("ChatMint," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to deliver high-quality WhatsApp automation, CRM, workflow automation, social media management, and email marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans.
Subscription Plans
ChatMint offers monthly and annual subscription plans for its services. All subscriptions are billed in advance for the applicable billing period. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
- Monthly Plans: Billed at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: Billed as a single payment at the start of the annual billing cycle.
- Free Trials: Where offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 Days of Purchase: If you are unsatisfied with our services and have not extensively used the platform, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- Service Unavailability: If our platform experiences prolonged downtime (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
- Billing Errors: If you are charged an incorrect amount due to a system error, the difference will be refunded.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to care@chatmint.in with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your registered email address, subscription plan details, and the reason for your refund request.
- Attach any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of duplicate charges or billing errors).
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
- Your access to paid features will be revoked once the refund is processed, and your account will revert to the free tier (if available) or be deactivated.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial Month/Year Usage: No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle after the 7-day refund window, unless otherwise specified.
- Add-On Services: One-time purchases such as custom integrations, onboarding assistance, or premium support packages are non-refundable once delivered.
- Third-Party Charges: Fees incurred through third-party services connected via our platform (e.g., WhatsApp Business API conversation charges, payment gateway fees) are not refundable by ChatMint.
- Policy Violations: Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for any refund.
